We are coming the first week of April and I purchased the Park Hopper....how exactly does it work and are there restriction?

    Hi Mary,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel I am happy to help you better understand what adding the Park Hopper option means for you when visiting the Walt Disney World Theme Parks.

With the Park Hopper Option, you enjoy same-day access to all four of our theme parks; Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom.  This means if you want to start at Magic Kingdom in the morning and then hop over to Disney's Animal Kingdom, then you can.  Or sometimes guest will spend the day at Disney's Hollywood Studios and then make Advance Dining Reservations somewhere in Epcot's World Showcase for the evening and finish out watching Epcot's Illuminations: Reflections of Earth.  And if you want to be adventurous you have the option to attempt ALL four theme parks in one day. Whew! Not sure I could manage that but I know it has been done.

Keep in mind the park hopper option does not include access to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park  or Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Park.  You would have to pay a separate for admission or add on the Water Park Fun & More option.

I hope this has been helpful and if I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask.

    Peace, Love & Disney,

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
