We're coming on our first Disney cruise in December and we're so excited. We are cruising first for 7 days and then spending 6 days at the park. I'm wondering what time we would be getting off the cruise and what time we can expect to be at the parks?

Welcome back to the Moms Panel, Allyson!
You should be very excited because you have chosen a spectacular time to set sail on your first cruise vacation!  The ship will be all decked out in twinkling white lights, gorgeous greenery, and a tall 20 ft Christmas tree in the Grand Atrium!  The characters will be dressed in their holiday finest and special activities will be planned!
When it is time for you to leave the beautiful ship, you will be greeted at the Walt Disney World Resort with more splendid holiday decor!  Motor coaches will be departing Port Canaveral starting around 8:00am until all Guests have been delivered to the resorts.  If you have first seating dinner during your vacation, you will be scheduled for breakfast around 6:45am on disembarkation morning.  If you have second seating, you will have breakfast around 8:00am.  Once you eat, you will be free to leave the ship to proceed to luggage pick-up and present yourself to US Customs.  This process takes about 15-30 minutes depending on when you choose to leave.  The drive to the Walt Disney World Resort can be an hour to an hour and a half.  I think you should expect to be at the parks by late morning!
I'm so glad you visited the Moms Panel with your question!  I hope you have the most magical surf and turf Disney adventure in December!  Please stop back by if you have any other questions!
    Have a wonderful day!
