We are coming as a family and my husband is handicapped. I need information about where we can stay that will allow him to ride his scooter to most of the parks and attractions from the hotel?

Hi, Stacey! The four theme parks in Walt Disney World are spread out, but your husband will be able to access the some of the parks from some of the resorts. Staying at the Contemporary Resort would allow him to reach the Magic Kingdom in his scooter.  The BoardWalk or Yacht and Beach Club Resorts will allow access to Epcot.  Those same resorts are about a 15 to 20 minute path from Disney's Hollywood Studios. You should know, however, that Walt Disney World transportation is VERY accommodating to wheelchair Guests.  You will have no problem getting to any of the parks by bus, boat, or monorail.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
