    Hi. I will be coming with my family of 2 adults and 2 children in august. I have noticed on reviews of The Old Key West resort that people suggest requesting certain rooms. Coming from the UK, how do I contact the hotel in order to request specific area.

    Hi Sarah! I absolutely love the Old Key West Resort! It is gorgeous, totally relaxing and has everything you need. The best part is it's a lovely walk or enjoyable boat ride to Downtown Disney, which is one of our favourite things to do in the evenings after a day at the parks. You can contact the resort directly, either by phone at (407) 827-7700, but fax might be easier for you at (407) 827-7710. I recommend doing so about two weeks prior to your arrival. Requests aren't guaranteed, but they will do what they can to best accomodate you.
