I am coming to DW for first time in May with my sister. I want to make this a special time for her because she has had a very hard life. which do you think is better, PO FQ, or boardwalk inn? Is it worth the diff. in price? I'm paying for everything.

What a wonderful gift to give your sister!

If your budget can handle it, I'd definitely choose to stay at the Boardwalk Inn.  It is a beautiful resort with a laid-back yet upscale feel.  The location is also excellent.  In addition to all the great dining, entertainment, and nightlife in the Boardwalk area, you have easy access to the theme parks as well.

This resort is a short 5 minute walk from the World Showcase area of Epcot, making fine dining in the different countries a very easy option.  You are also a boat ride (or a longer walk) away from Hollywood Studios.  If you're outside in the evenings you can often catch glimpses of fireworks from the night time shows at these parks.

The Boardwalk/Beach Club location is, in my opinion the most convenient available on Disney property.  It is a beautiful resort and as long as it doesn't stretch your budget too thin, I don't think you'd regret staying there.

    Have a wonderful trip!
