    Coming to DW Dec 19-26, my family's 2nd trip, my brother's family is coming with us (DD 17 and 8), it is their FIRST trip. Staying at Contemporary, will arrive around 12. Do you recommend going on to MK since it is their first trip or going downtown dis?

    Magic Kingdom!!! There is something so special about seeing your family enjoy the magic at this park.  I think it would be so special to see their faces light up when they see Cinderella's Castle and Main Street. What a perfect start to your trip!

    In fact, to give them the full experience of the Contemporary and arriving at the Magic Kingdom, I would take the Monorail from the Contemporary around to the Magic Kingdom entrance. Along the way you'll see the tropical splendor of the Polynesian and the beaches and beautiful Grand Floridian. This monorail ride is one I never get tired of!

    Since you'll be arriving mid-day, you'll still have quite a few hours at the Magic Kingdom. Take it easy, hit a few of the rides on your must-do list and then enjoy the short trip back to your resort!
