    Coming to DW in Aug., my question is if we purchase a dining plan and then the plan is offered free, will I be issued a refund?

    Hi Sandra,

    In general, if Disney offers a promotion to guests, you can always contact Disney to see if the offer is available to you. If it is, Disney will make an adjustment to your account.

    With the popularity of free dining offered in the past, I can see why you would want to take advantage of this. However, you can wait to purchase the dining plan closer to your trip. You can add dining until about a week out from your trip.

    Disney generally announces the specials for the summer around May. I would register at www.disney.com so that you receive all the special announcements.
