    Coming in 57 dsys, every dining reservation on app/website says sorry your reservation cant be made. This happens for anything I try and book online. Why can't I book anything?

    Welcome to planDisney.

    I am sorry you have been experiencing difficulties with making your dining reservations.  I know how frustrating this is, and how important our dining reservations are. I have had the same issues in the past, so I hope I can help you resolve this.

    First of all, ensure you have the most up-to-date version of your My Disney Experience mobile app, as this has been recently updated.  Delete it from your phone, then add it again.  We cannot make dining reservations when using this app from the UK, but it will work for everything when we arrive in the US. If we tap on 'Reserve Dining' it will redirect us to the website.  If you are still having problems making your reservations, try switching off your phone's Wi-Fi, then try again.  This worked for me.

    If that doesn't work for you, please call the Walt Disney Travel Company International on the freephone UK number for Dining Reservations listed on this telephone directory. Our wonderful cast members will be able to make some reservations for you (subject to availability).  The lines open at 7.00 am (ET) which is usually 12.00 midday for us in the UK (but currently it is 11.00 am (UK) until we change our clocks to British Summertime).  Have all your restaurant choices ready, with alternate choices as a backup.  

    If your favourite locations are fully booked, please keep trying, especially once you arrive on your holiday when you will be able to access the My Disney Experience app.  Guests do make changes and cancellations all the time - even on the same day - so it's quite possible that you will be able to secure exactly what you want.
