    We're coming down next month for my birthday! Is there anywhere outside the parks (such as at our resort, or Downtown Disney) where I could pick up a birthday button the day before? I want to wear it the entire day, from the moment we leave our room!

    Hello fellow Kentucky girl, and Happy Birthday!  Disney is a great place to spend your special day, so I don't blame you for wanting to get the magic started ASAP.

    You should ask at your resort when you check in.  Of course I can't guarantee that they will have a birthday pin for you, but I'm pretty confident that they will.  We are usually in Disney for our anniversary and I've picked up anniversary buttons at the concierge desk before.

    Don't forget to call the restaurant where you'll be dining that day too.  If you let them know it's your birthday they can arrange a special treat for you.  And if you don't have reservations yet, Chef Mickey's is always a good party place!
