Hi Belinda,
Welcome to planDisney! I'm so excited to hear you'll be visiting Disneyland Resort later this summer.
When it comes to
accommodating guests' dietary needs, I think Disney truly does it best. You'll find a number of Gluten/Wheat Allergy-Friendly items listed on many menus such as at
GCH Craftsman Grill,
Alien Pizza Planet, and
Flo's V8 Cafe. Other dining location menus note that allergy-friendly menus are available upon request. It's always best to speak with a Cast Member to see what alternative options are available. They can often accommodate modifications or would be happy to point you in the right direction toward another dining option. Be sure to mention your daughter and niece's dietary needs whether you're dining in the parks, resorts, or restaurants in
Downtown Disney District.
While you're enjoying your time in the parks don't miss enjoying a delicious DOLE Whip which is gluten-free and the perfect way to cool down on a hot day!
I just chatted with a Cast Member regarding the menu offerings available in the Club Level lounges. A complimentary continental breakfast with fruit, cereal, and pastries is available in the morning, with a wine and cheese hour available in the evening. Fresh fruit, snacks, juice, and soft drinks are available throughout the day.
Panelist Kristen N. shared that she was able to snack on cheese, veggies, and fruit so these may be great options for your girls. Menu offerings are subject to change but a Cast Member should be available in the lounge should you need to discuss a specific item.
I hope this helps Belinda. If we can be of further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out again.
Magic and memories,
Amy
