Coming to Disney for 1 year anniv (no kids). We have dining reservations all over (want to experience resorts this time). Going to BW 1night and might be out fairly late. How do you recommend getting back to POR that evening? What about from Cont, GF? TIA!

    Happy anniversary!

Honestly, your best bet for transportation from resort to resort at night is a taxi. This would be your fastest and most direct method of travel -- and late at night those are some pretty attractive qualities to me. Your ride from the Boardwalk to PO would likely cost about $12-15. You can get from just about any location within WDW to any other location within WDW for about $20 are less. Taxi are readily available, particularly at the deluxe resorts. If one is not waiting, the bell services desk at the resort will call one for you.

If you wanted to use Disney transportation, you could take a bus to Downtown Disney and then transfer from there to a bus to Port Orleans. The Downtown Disney buses run until midnight. From either the Contemporary or the Grand Floridian, you would take the monorail to the Transportation and Ticket Center and then transfer to a Port Orleans bus there.
