We are coming to Disney World from 9/5-9/10, my daughter is going to be 8 and I would like to know which parks would be the best to visit and we definately want to do a waterpark one day. Thanks!

Hey Theresa!  Happy early birthday to your daughter, and what a wonderful way to celebrate her special day.
Okay of course my first recommendation would be MK, to me it is all that WDW is, and I love to start each vacation at this park.  Honestly, I think your daughter, at her age, is going to love every park, but my second choice would probably be DHS.  She will get a kick out of Toy Story Mania and trying to have the high score.  Other attractions at this park include the Little Mermaid's Voyage to the Sea, the Beauty and the Beast Stage show, Muppets 3D and if she is a thrill seeker (and tall enough) there is Tower of Terror and Rock N Roller Coaster.  Those would be my top two theme parks and the other two are also wonderful.  You might even let her go on line and take a look at each park's attractions and then decide on the other theme parks.
As far as a water park, my personal recommendation would be Blizzard Beach and I think it is a great choice for a little one of her age.
Thanks so much for the great question and I hope you all have a great WDW vacation and she has a wonderful birthday.  It's only a few weeks away now!
