    We are coming to Disney for the first time in Oct 2012 and have children that will be ages 6 and 4 at that time. We are deciding between the Wilderness Resort and the Polynesian.. Which resort do you reccommend for the experience???

    Hi, LuAnn! My family and I feel that the Polynesian Resort is the best Walt Disney World has to offer.  From the leis you receive when you arrive to the volcano pool, we love everything about it.  The rooms are large, and some have patios or balconies.  You can watch Wishes Nighttime Spectacular at the Magic Kingdom right from the beach.  The Electrical Water Pageant makes a stop here, too. There is the wonderful torch lighting ceremony, and you are right on the monorail line.  For so many reasons, I recommend the Polynesian Resort.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
