I am coming to Disney with my daughter’s theater in Choral arts class. I was wondering if I made a shirt for them that says theater and coral arts could I put the word spring tour 2026 Disney or Disney World? I would not be selling them I would be making

    Welcome to planDisney, Jodi!

Oh, how exciting! Visiting Walt Disney World with any student group is always a hoot, but with your daughter and her class? Absolutely even more magical!

Jodi, as a high school teacher, I've chaperoned over a dozen senior class trips to WDW as well as my son's high school choir trip there, too, so I can attest that using the words Disney or Disney World on your homemade, customized T-shirts is perfectly acceptable. We do that very thing, often pairing the term Walt Disney World with original student art and even the names of the students on the trip added to the back. Having these shirts not only helps to amp up excitement, it also makes it so much easier to spot a group member we may not recognize right away. This is especially true for students spotting chaperones--when they need something, it's great for them to know if an adult is nearby who can help. Pick shirt colors that pop and it's even easier to quickly determine who's with you.

In fact, we've even had shirts for special family trips to WDW, a Girls' Weekend, and big birthday celebration visits to the parks. These make group photos extra-memorable, too, as there is no question when the visit took place: it says so on the shirt.

Be sure that you adhere to Guest Courtesy and Attire Policies under Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules and you should be just fine. For those trips when I want T-shirts with characters, clever designs, and gear that's super-special, I'll order Personalized Disney Shirts & More from Disney Store. The quality is outstanding, and their designs are almost endless. When wearing those, we get compliments from other guests all the time!

With all of this in mind, you'll likely want to get a lot of photos of the entire group while visiting. Disney PhotoPass Service can help with that, making sure that everyone--in their iconic shirts--gets into the photo. So be sure to stop and take those pictures! Take a look at Memory Maker, too, as this is the perfect way to pre-pay for all of your PhotoPass images. Up to 25 members of folks on your Family & Friends list can share in the fun--and there's sure to be lots of that with your Theater and Choral Arts Class touring together. There is a great pre-order discount, too, that makes this an even better deal.

Jodi, as you plan your group's visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth, be sure to send additional questions our way. We love to help!
