We are coming to Disney For Christmas 12/24/2010-01/01/2011 I hear the parks reach capacity quickly this time of year and you may be turned away.My question is if we get to the park early and are admitted can we then leave and then return later that day?

Hi, Roxane!  I can't remember a day when all four of the theme parks filled to capacity at the same time - not even during the very busy Christmas week time frame.  However, if you are in a theme park in the morning, and you choose to leave during the day,  you are not guaranteed admission back into the theme park if it fills to capacity.  Once a park is full, they can't allow any additional guests to enter, even if you were there earlier in the day.

I also want to note that guests with dining reservations should be aware that your dining reservation does not guarantee you admission.  Again, if the theme park is at capacity, you won't be able to go in, even if you do have a dining reservation.

I like to tell people during the holidays that you should choose the park you want to spend the day in, arrive early, and just plan for some afternoon down time.  There are plenty of places to grab a cold drink or a snack and relax out of the holiday hustle.

I hope you have a wonderful holiday visit to Walt Disney World!
