Coming 10/21-27. How will the crowds be? I thought October would be a good time, but I'm worried now that this is the only week in oct that falls in the free dining promotion. With the mnsshp and food festival as well...How will it affect the crowd level?

    Hi Carrie,

You've chosen a great time to visit. I just double checked Crowd Calendar for you on the independent website blog.touringplans.com. They're estimating crowd levels that week averaging about a four (on a scale of one to ten). That's very reasonable. In fact, you can assume that any time free dining is offered is a low crowd time because free dining is used as an incentive to get folks to visit during less busy times of the year.

You are correct that the Epcot Food & Wine Festival starts at the end of your trip. There may be some crowds associated with that, but only at Epcot, and only on the last day or two of your trip. If you plan your Epcot touring at the beginning of your trip, you won't notice that issue at all.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
