    Coming 12/13 and booked MYW package. Is there a way to pay extra so my free mug can be refilled throughout the entire WDW property?

    No, unfortunately for now the refillable mug program runs just at your resort hotel. There have been tests along the lines of what you describe, but to date it is still just a one-resort-at-a-time program.

    Sorry, but better to know and plan for it than be disappointed.
