Hi Coming from Aust. I have VERY picky 11yr old. Want to try Via Napoli as I love pizza but the only thing my son eats in Italian restaurants here is Garlic pizza or garlic bread. Came in 2010 and I couldn't find either then. Is either available yet? Thanks

    Karen,

I suffer from the same issue. My kids do not 'get' the whole Napolese-style pizza thing.

However, we took them (3 and 5 year old girls) to Via Napoli , and they LOVED it. On our next trip it is locked in as our arrival day dinner.

Me eldest went for the spaghetti, because she was sure she would hate the pizza. Loved the spaghetti, loved the pizza! My younger loved the pizza too.

Now if he is stuck on what he likes, you can build your own pizza. They don't have garlic listed as a topping, but clearly they have it back there, so you could ask and they seem very open to accommodating special requests.

So the official answer to your question is, no, they don't have garlic pizza or garlic bread on the menu. But I think you might still take a stab at it, as the "build your own" might give you the wiggle room that you need with a sauce less pizza for him.

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
