Greetings Sarah!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited to hEAR you will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort in April!
As a mom of four Mouseketeers, I'm happy to assist you with this question. If you only have one day to spend in the parks, I recommend Magic Kingdom Park based on the ages of your children. I can definitely see how this would be a difficult decision as Frozen Ever After is one of my favorite attractions at Epcot; however, I have always found Magic Kingdom Park to have the most attractions geared for younger Guests. My kiddos did not fully appreciate all that Epcot has to offer until they were in their preteen years.
You'll be happy to know Anna, Elsa and Olaf currently make an appearance in the
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade and
Mickey's Royal Friendship Faire at Magic Kingdom Park. Don't miss Happily Ever After as
Frozen is one of the shows featured in this popular nighttime spectacular. With a 21-month-old in tow, I believe you will find there are more attractions that do not have a minimum height requirement at the iconic park.
If you will not be staying at a Disney Resort hotel which qualifies for Extra Magic Hours, I suggest avoiding Magic Kingdom Park on days
Extra Magic Hours are offered for that specific park. Your little ones are going to love meeting the Fab 5 at Chef Mickey's!
I hope this information is helpful in making the best decision for your family, Sarah. Let us know if you have any new questions. We would love to assist you further in planning a magical trip!
Happy Planning,
Jodie
