    Hi Karen. We actually ate at both a few weeks ago. My nine-year old daughter LOVES Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge. Be prepared, it is loud, but tons of fun. I don't want to spoil all the surprises, but if someone asks for ketchup, everyone brings theirs, leaving you with about 20 bottles on your table.  There are all kinds of other things going on, including everyone getting up and dancing the hokey pokey. Not the place to go if you're looking for a quiet night.

    Six of us went to T-Rex at the Animal Kingdom for lunch. I have to admit my expectations for the food were quite low, and we were all pleasantly surprised. They have a huge children's menu, and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The decor is fabulous, so be sure to take a stroll.

    Your question got cut off, but there is no charge for the dig site, where kids go on the hunt for dinosaur fossils.
