    Welcome to planDisney, India!

I'm excited to see you’ll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort next month. I'll be happy to help you link your Disney Resorts Collection reservation and theme park tickets. First, sign in to your My Disney Experience account on disneyworld.com or on the My Disney Experience app.

If you purchased your theme park tickets online, check your email for your confirmation. Then make sure your tickets have been linked to your Disney account. Some tickets may not automagically appear in My Disney Experience. To verify, visit the Link Reservations and Tickets page on disneyworld.com.

After your theme park tickets are linked, you can view them on the My Plans page of My Disney Experience. My Plans organizes your Disney vacation details into daily itineraries, allowing you to easily update and add theme park or dining reservations. You can also schedule personal reminders.

Your Disney Resorts Collection reservation will also be found on the My Plans page. If you do not see your hotel reservation, click on "Link a Reservation" under Resort Hotel. A confirmation number is required to retrieve your reservation. If you do not know the number, you can call (407) 939-1936 and a Cast Member will gladly assist you.

The easiest way to change your theme park reservations is on the My Plans page of My Disney Experience. You can follow the steps below to update your theme park reservations.

    1. Sign in to your account on the My Disney Experience app.
    2. Select all members of your party from your Family & Friends List.
    3. Select the date you wish to visit.
    4. Select the park you want to visit.
    5. Select the time you will arrive.
    6. Review your reservation details and confirm.
You can also contact the Disney Reservation Center to change your theme park ticket dates. To speak with a Cast Member, you may call (407) 566-4985 or send an email to ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com

Please let us know if we can help you with any other questions before your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World.

    Have a magical day!
