Can college students use a student ID as proof of residency

    Hi there, Marlene!

Thanks for visiting planDisney, it's great to meet you!

Promotional resident tickets and the Imagine Key pass do require that guests present a valid, government-issued photo ID with an address within the approved ZIP codes. At the moment there is no accepted alternate way to prove residency. I'm sorry! If planning to live in the area for the foreseeable future then I recommend that you update your ID soon so that you can take advantage of future special offers.

There are Magic Key passes available right now that don't have residency requirements! Living in California gives you the option to purchase your Magic Key using monthly payments, which is a nice way to spread out the cost. Just make sure that your Disney profile has your current address and you should see monthly payment options during checkout. Take a look at the Magic Key Calendar to see what passes are valid during different times of the year. I hope one is a good fit for you!

I'm sorry that I didn't have quite the answer you were looking for, Marlene, but I hope you'll find yourself enjoying the Disneyland Resort soon!

    Keep moving forward!
