My college roomates and I are visiting WDW Oct. 30-Nov.3. One of our party of 3 has not been there before. I want to make sure she has a magical experience, what do you suggest???

    Hi Brittany!

First trips are so magical! I love to see the surprise and awe on someone's face the first time they walk down Main St. Its priceless!

My first suggestion is to make sure you request a "1st trip" button at either your Walt Disney World resort hotel or at guest services. Cast Members love to make trips extra magical and the button will help alert them that its the first time she is a first-timer.

Next, be sure to give her time to soak in the little details. While the experienced travelers may want to rush right over to Space Mountain (or Its a Small World), be sure to slow down a bit. Remember to find a great spot to catch the parade and Wishes - she'll appreciate it!

Act like kids! Go get your pictures taken with the characters! Let go of reality for a few days and be transported back to childhood!

If you're over 21, you may want to check out the Dueling Pianos at Jellyrolls on the Boardwalk. Its a fun way to pass a late night.Or, head over to Downtown Disney for some shopping AND a late night snack at Ghiradelli!

Hope you have a wonderful trip!
