    Can I collect prepaid tickets from the Epcot entrance that is nearest the Swan Hotel (International gate??) or do I need to go to the main entrance? I have a voucher as from the UK and would like to get them the evening we arrive- thanks!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Thank you so much for stopping by to ask a wonderful question about your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.   It's my pleasure to help you out today.

    I am so happy to see you will be vacationing in sunny Orlando, Florida very soon.   I hope you have a wonderful holiday at The Most Magical Place on Earth.  I can't think of a better place to make unforgettable memories.  I have great news for you.   The Guest Relations windows are available to assist you with your tickets at the International Gateway entrance of Epcot.   The new Guest Relations Lobby is located near the Disney Skyliner station before you enter the park.   You can get your tickets from this location the evening you arrive.   This location is the closest location you will find to the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel.   

    After you pick up your tickets why not take a scenic ride on the new Disney Skyliner system and enjoy a meal at Topolino's Terrace-Flavors of the Riviera  located at Disney's Riviera Resort.   This beautiful new dining location serves some delicious food and has some of the most spectacular views from its rooftop terrace.   It would be a great way to spend a first night at Walt Disney World.
