Do the coffee makes in the Little Mermaid rooms at AOA use ground coffee and filters or pods? I would like to be able to bring my husbands favorite coffee from home to use during our stay.

Welcome back to planDisney, Ashley! In just a few weeks you will be enjoying a magical vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort! I’m so glad you’ve stopped back in to see us with your planning question.

The truth of the matter is, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort will offer either a Cuisinart style single cup coffee machine that uses a pod that looks like a filter, or a Keurig cup style single cup coffee maker. You won’t really know what you’re getting until you arrive. If you have both at home, I’d say bring them both. If not, the Joffrey’s Brand ground coffee is pretty good. You will also find some creamers, sweeteners and disposable coffee cups with lids in your room.

What you will find for certain, is a mini-refrigerator big enough to hold a half gallon of milk and some beverages in your room. I find that it’s so convenient, especially if you wake up thirsty in the middle of the night. It’s always a good idea to have a few beverages that are nice and cold, just waiting for you.

Ashley, you can always pick up a delicious cup of java, snacks or beverages at the Landscape of Flavors. They also have a great variety of quick service meals.

The Disney Skyliner is a hop, skip and jump away from you! It’s such a great way to get to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. The view is awesome, and you get to the theme parks in no time.

I hope this information is helpful. Don’t hesitate to come see us again if you have any more questions. You can also keep up with the planDisney family by following us on Instagram. We love sharing our experiences and tips with you!

    Have a magical visit!
