Welcome to planDisney, April!
Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is coming up in just a few short days! I'm sure you want to get all those last-minute details taken care of.
My Disney days always begin with coffee, (What am I saying?? ALL my days begin with coffee!!) so I am happy to let you know that rooms at
Disney's Pop Century Resort do indeed include coffeemakers. The model is a dual-sided single-serve brewer that uses flat coffee pods. You'll find a tray with coffee supplies, including Joffrey's coffee pods in regular and decaf, as well as Twinings tea bags, creamer, and sugar. If you find yourself in need of extra supplies, just give Mousekeeping a call from your room phone and they will drop off extra. Sometimes the tray with supplies is on the counter with the coffeemaker, and sometimes it is in the slim drawer underneath.
From one coffee lover to another, I have a few other tips for you. There is a Joffrey's coffee stand at the
Disney Skyliner station at
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, just a quick 5-minute ride away. And, if you get a chance, take the Skyliner over to
Disney's Riviera Resort. (FYI the International Gateway line has returned to service after a brief planned refurbishment.)
Le Petit Café offers wonderful coffee and pastries. Their Cinnamon Cold Brew is fantastic.
We're here if you think of anything else before your visit, so feel free to drop us a line. Have a great trip!
