I coach a girl's soccer team (14 year olds). We are planning a trip to Disneyland for our team party. The girls plan on wearing their jerseys to show their team pride. I was wondering if it is possible to try to get them in the parade as a surprise?

    Hello Daniel,

Thank you for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I hope you are having a Dapper Day!

What a Fantasmically fun way to celebrate a great soccer year by coming to The Happiest Place on Earth! As far as the parade participation goes, that is actually completely random. Cast Members will still choose a family out of the crowd or one walking down Main Street, U.S.A. to participate.

To add a little pixie dust to their visit, you could stop by City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland Park or at Guest Services in Disney California Adventure Park and get them a free ‘I’m Celebrating’ button to wear during their visit. Be sure to mention to the Cast Member while you are there the reason you are celebrating too - you never know what pixie dust may come your way!

I hope this helps and that you all have a pixie-dusted time during your visit. If you have any more questions, please visit us here and let us know how we can help you plan your vacation.

Wishing you and the whole soccer team a magical time!
