I had a club level room at The Contemporary from March 10, 2020 to March 17, 2020. We had the park hopper passes for 3 of us. We are going to be in Orlando next 2/7/2222. I was going to see if we could get park hopper tickets to replace the days lost?

Well, hello, Thomas! We're so happy you found us here at planDisney. I see you have a trip planned in 2222; either you made a wish by rubbing Aladdin's Magic Lamp, or you mean 2022! If it's the latter, then I can definitely try to help!

First of all, I'm so sorry your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort got canceled in 2020. Those few months were filled with so much uncertainty, and it felt like a blessing when the parks reopened later that summer. Hopefully, this is your redemption trip! Since Walt Disney World theme park tickets are date-based, they have an expiration date. Once that date passes, they will no longer appear in your My Disney Experience account. Do not fret, however! As long as your tickets are unused, the value of the expired tickets may be applied towards purchasing new tickets at the current price. If the cost of the tickets has increased, you'll just be required to pay the difference. The only way to do this is by speaking to a Ticketing Agent at (407) 934-7639. I suggest calling right when the phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST. If you are already at Walt Disney World Resort, then speak with a Guest Services Cast Member located at the Front Desk of your Disney Resorts Collection hotel or the entrances of any of the theme parks.

Whether you're visiting in 2022 or 2222, Thomas, there's so much to see and do! Make sure to read up on The World's Most Magical 50th Anniversary Celebration! We hope to see ya real soon.
