Hi, Karen! We're excited that you decided to stop by planDisney with your question. I'm happy to help!
Currently, Club Level rooms are available for booking at the
Disneyland Hotel and
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. The easiest way to book these rooms is through the Disneyland website, although they are very popular and usually fill up months in advance. If you would like to reserve a suite, you can add Club Level service by calling Disney Reservations at (714) 520-5050. When I called
Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel, the hotel operator said they have a Club Level Lounge, but it is not currently open, and they do not have a reopening date announced.
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa Concierge Club is called The Veranda, while at the Disneyland Hotel, it is the E-Ticket Club. The food in the lounges has returned to regular buffet-style service, and it is available from 7:00 AM- 10:00 PM daily. A typical day's schedule is:
6:30 AM Coffee only
7:00 – 10:00 AM Breakfast
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Snacks and/or Afternoon Tea
5:00 – 7:00 PM Happy Hour
8:00 – 10:00 PM Desserts and cordials
All Day (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM) Whole fresh fruit and beverages
The Concierge Cast Members will get to know you by name, and your needs and concerns will be of utmost importance to them. Just communicate your son's allergies to them, and they will make sure to have food prepared for him. If you prefer not to wait, call the lounge about 30 minutes before your arrival (a phone number will be provided upon check-in). But one of the best things about being a Club Level guest is the private viewing areas of the
nighttime fireworks.
I hope your trip is a blast, Karen! Please write back if there's anything else we can help you with. See ya real soon!
