Hey, Heather!
There are different ways to vacation at
Walt Disney World. In deciding if club-level access is worth it, think about how your practically perfect vacation looks.
Club Level rooms are at all of the
Deluxe Resort Hotels.
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, a moderate resort, features The Chronos Club at Gran Destino Tower. You may find that you'll get the same
Disney Signature Service at Gran Destino Club Level that you would at the deluxe resorts for a slightly lower price.
The Signature Service is a selling point, but with kids, the big draw of Club Level would be lounge access. Although all are a little different, they usually offer continental breakfast, afternoon snacks, afternoon tea, wine and hors d'oeuvres in the evening, and then a dessert. My kids enjoy the small bites and tastes of different things, and it's a great place to cool down in the afternoon if you plan to go back to your resort for a break. Having the lounge also gives a morning Grumpy Gus a chance to wake up, have juice and a pastry, and ease into a busy theme park day.
Some lounges have prepackaged snacks you can take with you to the park, so that helps, but I honestly find that we get the most out of Club Level by spending more time at the resort. Linger longer in the morning, come back in the evening for appetizers, and enjoy dessert before bed. And take that afternoon pool break - with a quick stop at the lounge for a drink and a snack.
Thanks for your question!
