    How close is it from The Boardwalk Villas to the entrance of HS and Epcot. If we could walk about how lond of a walk. It looks close on the maps.

    The walk to Hollywood Studios is about 25 minutes, though dependent upon where your room is in the Villas it could be as much as 5 minutes shorter of a walk time.

    The walk to Epcot is about 10 minutes. With this walk the time is from the BoardWalk side of the entrance hall of the resort.

    In both cases there are clearly defined walking paths, so you should have no problem walking, if you prefer that to the boat rides. What is great is you can walk, if so inclined, but can fall back on the boat transportation if you are tired from a long day at the park.
