I clicked on the Florida Resident savings just to see what the cost would be (as 2 of my kids are Florida residents). However, I am now unable to de select this option when searching for my own reservations.

Welcome to planDisney, Chelsey, and thanks for asking this great question. I live in the Sunshine State, and those resident discounts at Walt Disney World Resort are as sweet as a glass of orange juice! But let's look at some ways to get your account back to standard pricing.

First, click the Places to Stay tab at the top of your computer screen, bringing up a list of Disney Resort Hotels. Click on any hotel and look for the banner just above the list of room types that has options like "Room," "Packages," and "Florida Resident Offer." Since you can only have one of these options selected at a time, click Room, which will automatically deselect Florida Resident Offer. Once you back out of this resort's pricing, you should see standard room pricing for any other resort you select.

If you're still only seeing Florida resident pricing, try logging out of your account and signing back in. Another step is to clear your browser history and cache to reset your settings. Finally, if you still need help seeing the correct pricing, please call Website Support, and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to help troubleshoot.

Before I leave, Chelsey, I want to mention that if one of your children will be accompanying you on your next visit to Walt Disney World Resort, they can book up to three resort rooms using any Florida resident room offer that will be available. Remember, they won't be able to bundle Theme Park Tickets because all the tickets purchased would be for Florida Residents only. And the resident must be present at resort check-in to show valid proof of Florida Residency. I'd suggest they call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations if they are booking more than one room with their discount to ensure the correct addresses are entered.

Chelsey, I'm sending pixie dust and citrus zest so you can visit the Most Magical Place on Earth soon. And please stop by planDisney with any questions!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
