Delivery services, such as Amazon Prime Now and other local stores that offer this type of service, will deliver the order to Bell Services at your
Disney Resort Hotel. The Cast Members in Bell Services are able to refrigerate items that require it. As long as you go to Bell Services and can transport the items to your room yourself, then you are welcome to do so. This will not incur a Bell Services charge on your guest folio.
I do want to note a few things to you. Make sure that you do use Amazon Prime Now, not just Amazon Prime. When you use Amazon Prime, the order is sent through the mail. All orders that go through
Mail Services are charged a fee per package. Currently, this fee is $6 but is subject to change at any time. Then, you could also incur another Bell Services fee if you have them bring your order up to your room. Also, packages sent through Mail Services are not refrigerated. So do double check that you are using the correct service before placing your order!
I personally have used Amazon Prime Now, Instacart, and Garden Grocer many times and quite appreciate the service they provide! Instead of leaving my family while having fun at the theme parks to go do an everyday chore, I just let them handle all the work. I also appreciate the Bell Services Cast Members for their assistance when needed. When I have had quite a large order, I always find it worth the extra few dollars to have these wonderful Cast Members assist me!
