    Hi. Can you clarify gratuity. With TIW is there an automatic gratuity added no matter the party size? And with dining plan 18% tip for 6 or more, do we have to pay 18% or is it just calculated for our convenience? What if we don't want to pay 18%?

    HI Laurie!

    The Tables in Wonderland (TIW) Card is a great way to save money on meals at Walt Disney World. With TIW, an 18% Gratuity is automatically added regardless of the size  of your party. The 18% gratuity is calculated on the non-discounted price of the meal. If you are not satisfied with the service you receive at the restaurant you can speak with the manager and discuss having the gratuity amount adjusted. You can also add additional gratuity if you feel you received exceptional service.
