Natsuko from TX Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I chose magic bands 2 month before our visit, but I don’t receive them yet and the bands selected were showed ‘sold’ and ‘not selected’ on the site. Is this mean the order wasn’t confirmed ? But I couldn’t find any confirm button on the site.

    Hiya, Natsuko! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy, it looks like your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is only a couple of weeks away! To me, planning for my magical vacation is almost as fun as being on the vacation, itself. I love browsing menus for different dining locations, making a list of attractions I want to experience, and selecting my MagicBands. But oh bother, it looks like you haven't received your MagicBands and your trip is just a dream away! Let's see if we can help turn this pumpkin of a problem back into a carriage.

First, let's double-check that your MagicBands were confirmed through your My Disney Experience account. First, log into your account online. Hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click My MagicBands and Cards. This page should show your MagicBand order: either that your order has been confirmed, or that you still have the option to "Get Started." If you see "Get Started," that means that your MagicBand order was not confirmed. Go ahead and click that link to choose and secure your MagicBands! After you select a MagicBand for each Guest in your travel party, you'll be able to scroll down a bit and click Complete.

If the page is showing a confirmation for your MagicBands, see if there is a tracking number available. In the event that you aren't able to find your confirmation or tracking number, my next best piece of advice would be to reach out to one of the wonderful Cast Members. A little like real-life fairy godparents, Cast Members do their best to sprinkle a little pixie dust on every situation!

To connect with a Cast Member, you have a few options. First, you could give them a call. I'd recommend calling right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their magic can be in high demand. Let them know your situation regarding your MagicBands and they'll be able to help you with your next steps! Second, you could always try to reach a Cast Member through Chat. I like to use the Chat feature through the My Disney Experience app! To do this, log into your app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Scroll down a bit and tap Chat With Us. From here, message a Cast Member with your request. Pro tip: try to include as much information as you can, including your reservation confirmation number and any information you have regarding your MagicBands. This will help a Cast Member to locate your information quickly and efficiently when they're able to get back to you!

As you continue to put the final touches on your magical vacation, I'd suggest taking some time to explore the My Disney Experience app! This is a little like a personal magic wand, unlocking everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. You can check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even mobile order food - talk about "phenomenal cosmic power!"

If you have any other questions, I hope you fly your magic carpet our way again. Remember, you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
