Welcome Aboard, Miguel, and welcome to planDisney!
When booking a Disney Cruise Line vacation, there will be a 20% deposit required to make the booking. This is completely refundable up until your pay in full date. At this time, paid in full dates are 60 days prior to sailing. This is always subject to change, you can see the most up-to-date information on the
Disney Cruise Line website.
Once you have made your deposit for your sailing with Captain Mickey, you can make payments at any time. Simply visit the Disney Cruise Line website, login, and add your reservation number. Then, you can see your countdown, and a button to make a payment about halfway down the page on the left under “Complete Your Reservation”.
Also be sure to load the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App onto your smart device. This is your key to all things Disney Cruise. You can even make a payment through the app! You can also see your itinerary, explore Port Adventures, & check out onboard activities, all before you even leave your home. I highly recommend planning to see the Broadway-style stage shows each evening of your voyage.
One of my best budgeting tips is to purchase Disney Gift Cards, one each time you get paid. Then, visit the
Disney Gift Card website to combine the amounts to a larger balance, the limit is $1000 per card. Then, when you are ready to make a cruise payment, you can use the Disney Gift Card for the payment. I tend to get my Disney Gift Cards at a local store where I get a slight discount. Every dollar saved helps!
I hope you have a wonderful time sailing on a Disney ship. Please visit us here again with more questions that you have as you continue to plan your ocean adventure.
Happy Sailing,
Tracy
