Disney MagicMobile service is a complimentary new feature that lets you use your phone instead of a MagicBand! When you stop to take a picture with a
Disney PhotoPass photographer, simply show your Disney MagicMobile pass to the Cast Member. For select attractions in which on-ride photos are taken, turn on your Bluetooth and ensure you're signed into your
My Disney Experience app before boarding, and your
images should automatically link. If your pictures don't show up after 24 hours, you can report a missing photo by calling the PhotoPass line at (407) 560-4300.
Setting up a MagicMobile pass is simple and only takes a few steps. First, open up your My Disney Experience app. Tap the three stacked lines on the bottom right of your screen, and you'll be redirected to the main menu. Next, click "Disney MagicMobile." You can then select from a range of styles to customize your pass. Then it's time to add it to your digital wallet on your mobile device. You can also use MagicMobile to enter the theme parks and charge to your Disney Resort hotel folio during your stay. It works just like magic, and no wand (or MagicBand) is required...Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!
If you decide not to use MagicMobile, no worries! Ask a PhotoPass Photographer to give you a card. Then, follow the instructions on the back to manually link your photos to your My Disney Experience account. You can use your Key to the World Card (given at the front desk of your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel) or park admission card to tap on your photo on the preview walls at the exits of the attractions.
