Welcome, Autumn, to planDisney. I'm so happy to answer your question today!
What an exciting prospect: going to the
Walt Disney World Resort with the grandparents!
Walt Disney himself conceived of
Disneyland Park because he wanted a place for Guests of all ages to enjoy time together. And that vision translates to all of the
Disney Parks around the world, including, of course, the Walt Disney World Resort. There truly is something for everyone to enjoy here!
Special Offers for Florida Residents are for Guests who reside in the Sunshine State. All Guests 18 or older must provide
proof of Florida residency to use Florida Resident theme park tickets. Any Guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who has provided such proof. As an alternative, you may want to look into
Military Salute Tickets and
Shades of Green, a military hotel at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Now, it looks like you're planning a visit for
the holiday season at the Most Magical Place on Earth, and what a time to visit! The
decorations, the
holiday treats, the
merchandise, and beyond...the joy in the air is palpable. One of my husband's favorite experiences at the resort during this time of year is the
Jingle Cruise in
Magic Kingdom Park. Cheesy jokes on a classic attraction with a holiday twist? Yes, please. And you
have to visit
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park to see the adorable Merry Menagerie for me. I haven't had a chance to experience the pure joy these artful and adorable puppets bring, so I'll have to live vicariously through you and your children!
Autumn, best wishes for a merry and bright visit to the resort. If you have any other questions,
please stop by again!
The cold never bothered me anyway,
Matt
