Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Michelle!
Florida state law currently requires a restraint system (like a car seat or booster seat) for children ages 5 and under. Children between the ages of 5 and 18 may be secured with a standard seatbelt, although the requirements may vary for undersized children. (My daughter, for example, is 10--she’s so small, though, that she still uses a booster seat.)
If you employ the
Disney Minnie Van Service Connected by Lyft in lieu of another rideshare service, each Minnie Van comes with two complimentary car seats. Once you’re on the
Walt Disney World Resort property, though, you can use complimentary
Resort Transportation to travel between the
Theme Parks and
Walt Disney World Resort hotels. From
buses to
boats to the
Monorail and even the new
Disney Skyliner system, you have lots of options for getting where you need to go!
I hope this answers your question, Michelle. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help you plan your magical getaway to Walt Disney World Resort. We hope to see you real soon!
