Hiya, Rebecca, and welcome to planDisney!
Your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth is almost here, and I couldn't be more excited for you! It won't be long now until you're strolling down Main Street, U.S.A., surrounded by the charm of yesteryear and the smell of fresh popcorn and sweet treats, all leading up to that breathtaking first glimpse of Cinderella Castle. It's a moment that never gets old...pure Disney magic! Get ready to make memories that will last a lifetime!
I'm happy to share that you'll be able to manage both of your children's
Disability Access Service (DAS) return times from a single account using your
My Disney Experience mobile app, making it easy and convenient to coordinate plans for your whole family. Here's how the process works:
- Open your My Disney Experience app and select the attraction you'd like to experience.
- Choose the DAS recipient (one of your children) who will be experiencing the attraction.
- Select up to three additional members of your travel party to join that DAS return time.
- Finalize your selection to confirm your return time.
- Then, simply repeat the same steps for your second child, selecting them as the DAS recipient this time.
Just a friendly reminder that since you're currently located in the UK, you'll need to wait until you're in the United States the begin the DAS application process for your children. Once you're here, you can complete the process through the
Walt Disney World website or directly in the My Disney Experience app.
It looks like the timing of your visit might be extra magical! You could be there just in time for the debut of Magic Kingdom's brand-new nighttime parade,
Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away, set to premiere on July 20th! What an unforgettable way to end a day at the park!
I hope this information has been helpful, Rebecca. If any other questions come your way before your trip, you've got a friend in me at planDisney!
Magic and Memories,
Kami
