    I have 4 children - 3 girls, ages 14,13, and 11. My son is 8 years old. We will be in WDW in two weeks for their first visit. They want to go to one of the water parks. Given their ages - which water park is better - Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach?

    Not long till your trip now, how exciting!

    I have 2 girls aged 10 & 12 and we've been to both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach over the years and by far their favourite is Blizzard Beach. Although both are great BB just seems to have more slides that they enjoy and want to ride. Obviously everyone will have a different opinion but as a family we love the family raft ride Teamboat Springs which is far superior to the TL version. We also have lots of fun racing down the Toboggan Racers and the Runoff Rapids are great fun. We've even come up with our own touring plan for BB to make the most of our day, yes we are a little crazy!
