If a child is 10 years old can he still be priced as a child for HOllywood and Vine meal if he doesn't like anything on the adult menu?

Unfortunately not. For purposes of ticketing and dining, guests age 10 and up are priced as adults.

Hollywood & Vine is a buffet-style restaurant with a wide variety of offerings including salads, soups, breads, fruit, several meat and fish choices, pastas, and a several child-friendly items. Your son is welcome to eat items that appeal to him from anywhere on the buffet line; there are plenty of options for him to choose from. My children will typically have a mix on their plates of salads and carved meat from the adult line and chicken fingers from the kids' line. And don't forget the incredible dessert selection. My guess is that your son will find plenty to like there :-)
