profile cannot be transferred to another guest to be managed. However, I recommend you give one of the fantastic
My Disney Experience Cast Members a call and see what magic they can do.
I remember a couple of years ago, my fellow panelist Jason had a similar issue with his child's account. It did take a bit of waving of their magic wands and a few rounds of "bibbidi bobbidi boo," but they were able to get his son's information in with the correct family's account. Something to consider is that the other family member who manages the My Disney Experience account may need to initiate the call and request. Before making this call, you will want to link your My Disney Experience account with theirs, simply done by adding each other into each of your
My Family & Friends List. There is an option to link by email address. Doing this will help the Cast Member that they speak with on the phone easily identify exactly which My Disney Experience account is the one that is the official "home" for your child's profile.
