Hey, friend. Welcome to planDisney.
I'm so glad you stopped by with your question. Walt Disney World Resort is the most magical place on earth for little ones. From kid-friendly attractions like
"it's a small world" and
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway to spectacular shows like
Happily Ever After and Festival of the Lion King, your Mousketeer is going to have a "practically perfect" time in every way.
Kids under three years old are considered "Guests of Mickey" and don't require a theme park ticket. Yipee! Children above the age of three do need to have a ticket. That's the current policy. I know that's a bit vague regarding your situation since your child turns 3 during your trip. At this time, Disney doesn't require children to carry ID to enter the parks. Guests are expected to adhere to these rules using an honor system. That's about as much information as I can give you.
I hope that's informative. Please stop by planDisney again if you have any more questions. Check out some of the fantastic
videos we've put together to help you plan your trip with children.
See ya real soon.
Mike
