What if my child is sick ..were supposed to go to the park in two days ..Can I cancel and get my money back ..

    Hello, Toyon!

Welcome, and thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question about Disneyland Resort theme park tickets. I’m so sorry to hear your little one isn’t feeling well! I’m sure you’re both disappointed to have to put your theme park plans on hold.

You can usually cancel your theme park reservation and reschedule for a new day when your child is no longer ill. To do this, log into your account on disneyland.com or the Disneyland mobile app and select “Ticket and Reservation Details.” Choose the “Make or Modify Park Reservations” link to view "My Theme Park Reservations" and select a new available date.

Unfortunately, per the terms and conditions, Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are nonrefundable and can’t be canceled. However, in most cases, the amount paid for a wholly-unused and expired ticket can be applied toward the purchase of a new ticket of equal or greater value if you’re not able to visit before the ticket expires. If you’d like further clarification, please feel free to call the ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member who can access your ticket details and provide assistance.

I hope this information helps you make plans, Toyon. Please write back with more questions as your pixie-dusted visit approaches!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
