Per the
ECV and Wheelchair Usage webpage, only one rider is allowed per Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV), regardless of whether it is personal or rented. Moreover, Guests are not allowed to let anyone ride on their lap, floorboard, or anywhere on the ECV. It also states that Disney may issue an exception if required. If you need assistance with an exception, please visit the
Accessibility Services Kiosk located in the Esplanade.
