My child now has his own disney account since he is over 13. I want to move his annual pass to that account, but when I try to link it, I can’t get it to link and it does not say why. What do I need to do?

You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney, Rebecca!

I’m glad you stopped by with your question for us.

They say time flies when you’re having fun, and boy, are they right about that. I remember when my Mouseketeers were babies visiting Walt Disney World Resort with me, and now they’re tall enough to ride Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain

You’ll be glad to know that Walt Disney World Resort caters to the entire family, big, small, and everyone in between! There is so much to do for Tweens and Teens to make their trip feel like an awesome adventure!

Rebecca, it sounds like you are unable to link your Mouseketeer’s Annual Pass to the new My Disney Experience account because his profile is already linked under yours as a managed Guest. Because of this, you will want to call and speak to a friendly Cast Member at the Internet Help Desk at 407-939-CHAT (2428). They will be able to look into the My Disney Experience account to help you.

We can’t wait to welcome you and your family to the magic, Rebecca. Have an enchanting visit.
