Hi Nancy and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! That’s a great question, and thanks for bringing it to us!
When our Mouseketeers join us for a fun day at the Walt Disney World Resort, we like to make sure they’re taken care of in every way, with plenty of age-appropriate entertainment and meals to suit their sometimes-picky palate.
Children under the age of two are Mickey’s special guests when
dining at a restaurant on-site and are welcome to share your meal and/or the meal of any other adult at your table. In my experience, my toddlers were also treated to their own kid’s meals complete with a drink and dessert at no charge.
Nancy, during your visit, I encourage you to take advantage of the commodities in place to make sure your little one is comfortable during your visit to the theme parks. Baby Care Centers at all four of the theme parks serve as a great place to wind down, have a diaper change and a snack.
Take a look at Disney’s planning tips for
Pre-School Kids and Little Ones, they were created with little ones in mind to make sure they can enjoy everything the Walt Disney World Resort has to offer them.
Last but not least, mom needs to have some fun too! Make sure to ask for
Rider Switch passes at your favorite attractions. These magical tickets will allow adult guests in your party to take turns waiting with your child, so that you will to be able to ride the attractions without having to make the line a second time!
Nancy, I hope this information is helpful to you as you continue planning for your magical visit!
