    We have a child allergic to chocolate. Are there restaurants or quick service places that sell vanilla ice cream and cupcakes?

    Hi Alycia!

    You will be happy to hear that there is vanilla ice cream and vanilla cupcakes throughout Walt Disney World parks and resorts!

    If your child likes cupcakes, make sure to check out Sprinkles in Disney Springs! It's brand new in the Disney Springs area and you can choose from a variety of gourmet freshly baked cupcakes!

    You will also want to make sure to check out Amorette's Patisserie in Disney Springs, which opened in May. 

    Many of the Walt Disney World restaurants have vanilla ice cream (I know because this is my favorite dessert!). If you don't see it on the menu, you can always ask for it and they are happy to accommodate your special request.

    Also, since your child has a food allergy, make sure to make a notation of this on all Advanced Dining Reservations. You can also check out Special Dietary Requests on the Disney website.
