Ahoy, Sophie!
Thank you for visiting planDisney with your question. We are so glad you are here and thinking about a vacation with your favorite Disney pals.
At this time, there are no
disability discounts available, but I do suggest cruising over to the "
Special Offers" page on the
Disney Cruise Line website to see if any current promotions might work for your crew. I always keep an eye on this page because you never know when a new offer may become available.
If you do decide to book a magical Disney Cruise Line vacation, the counselors in the
youth clubs will be happy to work with you to make sure your sailor will be comfortable in the spaces onboard. While they cannot provide one-on-one assistance, they will want to be aware of any special considerations to help make your child's experience the best possible. The best way to handle this is to have it noted on your cruise reservation once you are booked. You can do this by chatting with a Live Agent on the Disney Cruise Line website or by
calling Disney Cruise Line at 0800 171 2317 from the United Kingdom. You'll want to call Monday-Friday from 4:00 am to 10:00 pm or Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm (EST). My other advice is to stop by the youth clubs during
Open House hours once you are onboard. This will allow you to chat with the youth counselors, learn what to expect when your child is checked in for secure programming, and ensure they are aware of your child's situation.
I hope these suggestions put your mind at ease about booking a sailing with Disney Cruise Line, Sophie. We are always happy to help, so please let us know if we can assist you further with your cruise plans.
Have a magical day,
Nancy
